Implementasi Hidden Curriculum Pada Proses Pembelajaran di RA Tunas Literasi Qur’ani

Abstract
The problem that often arises in learning is the teacher's lack of understanding about the hidden curriculum so that the teacher does not know the positive impact of the hidden curriculum activity itself, even though in reality hidden curriculum activities are often carried out unintentionally in the learning process. This study aims to describe the strategy for implementing the hidden curriculum in the learning process at RA Tunas Literasi Qur'ani, Rejang Lebong Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the hidden curriculum in the learning process at RA Tunas Literasi Qur'ani, Rejang Lebong Regency was good at providing positive habits to students during learning by using expository and inquiry strategies in order to achieve school goals and the school's vision and mission that had been set, namely the formation of an Islamic generation, knowledgeable, noble, and cultured.
