Abstract

Accreditation is one of the important aspects in the implementation of education in the school environment which is one of the efforts to improve quality. The importance of accreditation in the educational environment is certainly the background of the importance of management being one of the keys. Therefore, good management is needed. Writing this article aims to explain the management carried out at MTs Bunayya Islamic School in accreditation in quality improvement. Qualitative approach and descriptive type are the methods used. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data grouping and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by source triangulation, time triangulation and technical triangulation. The accreditation process at MTs Bunaya Islamic School starts from planning accreditation, organizing accreditation, implementing madrasa accreditation, and supervising madrasa accreditation at MTs Bunayya Islamic School carried out by the head of the madrasa. This accreditation MTs Bunayya Islamic School got a score of 86 with the predicate of B accreditation. The impact of internal accreditation is that teachers have the awareness to increase their competence. The external impact of the accreditation process is that public trust in schools increases
