	<meta name="DC.Description" xml:lang="id" content=" Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan kemampuan akademik dan non akademik yang akan dikembangkan dan untuk mengungkapkan pola integrasi kurikulum dalam mengembangkan kemampuan akademik dan non akademik di SDIT 03 Rabbi Radhiyya Curup. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari  kepala sekolah dan guru berjumlah 9 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi non partisipan dan studi dokumentasi. Dianalisis menggunakan model Melis dan Huberman, yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dicek dengan melakukan perpanjangan pengamatan, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan akademik yang akan dikembangkan adalah penguasaan pengetahuan dan keteramapilan materi pembelajaran. Sedangkan kemampuan non akademik yang akan dikembangkan meliputi kemampuan membaca dan menghafal ayat al Quran, menghafal doa-doa, membiasakan siswa untuk melaksanakan ibadah baik wajib maupun sunat, memiliki aqidah yang kuat dan  berakhlakul karimah . Pola integrai kurikulum yang diterapkan adalah pola integrasi tema dan pola integrasi  webbed  .  "/>

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari  kepala sekolah dan guru berjumlah 9 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi non partisipan dan studi dokumentasi. Dianalisis menggunakan model Melis dan Huberman, yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dicek dengan melakukan perpanjangan pengamatan, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan akademik yang akan dikembangkan adalah penguasaan pengetahuan dan keteramapilan materi pembelajaran. Sedangkan kemampuan non akademik yang akan dikembangkan meliputi kemampuan membaca dan menghafal ayat al Quran, menghafal doa-doa, membiasakan siswa untuk melaksanakan ibadah baik wajib maupun sunat, memiliki aqidah yang kuat dan <em>berakhlakul karimah</em>. Pola integrai kurikulum yang diterapkan adalah pola integrasi tema dan pola integrasi <em>webbed</em><em>.</em></p></div>
