Abstract

This study aims to describe how the management strategies that have been implemented at MTs Bunnayah Islamic School Curup in the face of the digital era. The object of this research is MTs Bunnayah Islamic School Curup. Informants in this study included school principals, educators, and education staff. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and document studies. The data obtained in the form of qualitative data that contains a description of the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data and concluding the data as the final result of this research. The results of this study indicate that it is important for madrasa management to continue to improve teacher management and mastery of information and communication technology through training, guidance and financial support if needed, as did the Head of MTs Bunayyah Islamic School Curup. For students and parents, it is necessary to socialize and teach the benefits of information and communication technology to support student learning both at madrasas and at home. As an Islamic educational institution, madrasas must also always accompany teachers, students, parents and their environment in using information and communication technology and on the internet positively, so as not to erode Islamic values that have been instilled in madrasas from an early
