Abstract

The results of research on Education Supervision at MA Al-Madani, Lubuklinggau City. The principal of the madrasa/school is a madrasah/school personnel who is responsible for all madrasah/school activities. He has full authority to organize all educational activities within the madrasa/school environment he leads. All activities that exist and occur in the madrasa/school must be accounted for by the principal of the madrasa/school. The success or failure of a madrasah/school principal is not only determined by himself, but is also determined by the accumulation of the sub-systems involved, namely the madrasah/school principal himself with a set of potentials, innate characteristics, situational characteristics, organizational conditions outside of his human being, and other characteristics. situations and conditions outside the organization. The success of the organization means the success of the madrasa/school principal and also the success of the individual or group he leads. There are not many changes that can be achieved by the madrasah/school principal himself and also not many results that can be achieved by subordinates who work independently. The synergistic relationship between employees gives rise to more power than when they work alone.
