Abstract

Career planning is a word used by someone about work so that it can create independence in career selection. The study aims to determine the career planning of grade X students with Counseling Guidance, because; First; grade X students must be planned as well as possible from the beginning, so that after grade XII they can make the right decision for their future direction, second; grade X students are still in puberty with complex problems and must be directed for a good future, and third; Generation Z students are easier to get information with digital media and this potential can be empowered to get the latest information related to careers, The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained are the lack of information on further studies, types and career prerequisites. Efforts made by guidance and counseling teachers as informators, motivators and evaluators in student career planning.
