Abstract

This research aims to develop learning innovations carried out by teachers in PAI learning at SMPIT Rabbani Muara Enim, and identify existing obstacles in learning at SMPIT Rabbani Muara Enim for the 2022/2023 academic year. In this research, the author used a qualitative descriptive method, namely based on observation and interviews with PAI subject teachers and IT junior high school students, so this research is very dependent on the author's role in the data collection and data interpretation process. The data obtained by the author is based on data from class VII PAI subject teachers, class VII students, and TU SMPIT Rabbani Muara Enim documents. Based on the results of research through observation and interviews using source triangulation techniques, it can be concluded that some of PAI's innovations are using the method of memorizing each keyword, always providing motivation, and practicing the material that has been taught.
