Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of professional educational staff management in enhancing the quality and productivity of Islamic educational institutions. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and document analysis at selected Islamic educational institutions that have implemented systematic human resource management practices. The research focuses on managerial strategies, the level of professionalism, and the contribution of educational staff to institutional performance. The findings reveal that professional management of educational staff through competency-based recruitment, continuous professional development, and structured performance evaluation significantly contributes to improving administrative service efficiency, institutional data accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of implementing strategic human resource management practices, rooted in Islamic values, as a key factor in strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions in the modern era
