Abstract
Good management of facilities and infastrukture is expected to create pleasant conditions for both teachers and students tobe at school. SMKN 1 Rejang Lebong is an educational institution that consistenly strives to complete the facilities and infrastructure needed to improve the quality of learning.This research aims describe. The implementation of facilities and infrastructure management at SMKN 1 Rejang Lebong, to describe the use of facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of learning at SMKN 1 Rejang Lebong.and describe the evaluation of the use of facilities and infrastructure management to improve the quality of learning at SMKN 1 Rejang Lebong. This type of field research (Field Research) with qualitative research methods. Sources and types of data are the main data, namely data obtained directly from the principal, representatives of infrastructure, and teachers. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers analyzed the data with the stages of reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and validating the data. The result showed that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management at SMKN 1 Rejang Lebong was quite maximal. The advantages are:It makes it easier for teacher to deliver learning materials,makes it easier to access educational information,increases students’reading intersest,develops student talens,facilitaties practical implementation,develops student’ psychomotor, classroom and outside class environment.always clean,class atmosphere that is always conducive and comfortable,maintenance of the building once a year so as minimize maintenance costs The drawbacks are: media maintenance in less effective,the person in charge of infrastructure is less effective,the person in charge of infrastructure is less effective,instructions for using media are often not considered by students,facilities and infrastructure are not well controlled. The hope of the author, for the use and maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure,all school members should should pay attention to the rules and instructions that have been listed for the sake of creating smoothness in the learning process instructions that have been listed for the sake of creating smoothness in the learning an th and having a sense of belonging and responsibility, so that existing facilities and infras. Tructure can be properly maintained and minimize damage.
