Abstract

The purpose of this study, is to find out how the implementation of the management of library services at the Rejang Lebong 6th Middle School library, and also to find out the constraints on the implementation of the circulation management of the Rejang Lebong 6th Middle School library. This research is a descriptive qualitative field research, so this study looks at the implementation of library management services at Rejang Lebong 6 Public Library in maximizing circulation services for library use, by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation relevant to research. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques, data presentation. The results of the study can be concluded that there are several factors that lead to the implementation of the management of circulation services at Rejang Lebong 6th Middle School, namely the lack of knowledge possessed by library management, as well as the lack of library infrastructure, while the impact arising from the implementation of library management is that it cannot have an influence on school education
