Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had many impacts on human activities, including library activities that have been carried out so far. The main problem raised in this research is to find out how the management of IAIN Curup library services is seen from the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating systems in meet-ing the needs of students during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of scientific writing services and reference ser-vices. This type of research is field research, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the presentation of data using a qualitative descriptive approach, in the form of words, writing, or orally from the observed subject, namely, the head of the library, librarian, scientific writing ser-vice and reference service and IAIN Curup students. The results of this study indicate that the IAIN Curup library has implemented library service management starting from planning, organizing and implementing it, namely scientific writingservices by providing digital libraries (E-libraries) such as repositories and e-theses and reference services by providing Online Public Access Catalog services. (OPAC), the Kubuku application, as well as online library-free services or SKBPP (Library Loan Free Certificate), as well as the evaluation process. This library service management is able to meet the needs of students during a pandemic with this strategy.
