Abstract

iscipline in the workplace is not only obedient and obedient to something visible, such as the use of work uniforms, coming and going home according to working hours, but also being obedient and obedient to something invisible that involves commitment, both with oneself or commitment to a school or an agency. The dominant supporting factor for teacher discipline comes from within the teacher himself. These factors are professional competence, motivation, creativity, and teacher productivity, education, and teacher character.This study uses a qualitative approach, namely the research method used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is inductive/qualitative data analysis, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization.The results of the analysis show that the Rengkehatu Finger Print Program at SMK IT Khoiru Ummah can be concluded to be effectively applied to increase teacher motivation to be present on time. In terms of adaptability in the use of Finger print Rengkehatu in improving the work discipline of previous teachers there are still many who are late, but with the Finger Print Rengkehatu program after digitally accumulated data the delay is decreasing until everything is on time, this material is also used as material for school principals to evaluate teacher performance, especially on teacher discipline.
