Abstract

Attention to tahfiz Al-Qur'an today is increasing with the number of institutions that bring people closer to the Al-Qur'an, especially in memorizing Al-Qur'an. Rumah Tahfiz Al-Amin is an institution that brings people closer to the Al-Qur'an, where the majority of students are students in public schools. The research results include: a. The condition of memorizing Al-Qur'an for the students of Rumah Tahfiz Al-Amin is: currently students who memorize the most are 16 juz, amounting to two people in the time of memorizing one year and a half. And 15 juz amounted to one person and the others numbered seven people around under 5 juz. b. The strategy to do is: wake up at night for midnight prayer then start memorizing the Qur'an, read at least 10 or 15 times by looking at it then memorizing, disciplined time in memorizing and muraja'ah, motivation, and advice. c. Supporting factors include: time discipline in memorizing and muraja'ah, a place or condition of the environment that is supportive and comfortable, the ability to memorize fast enough, istikomah in memorizing Al-Qur'an. d. Inhibiting factors include: laziness in memorizing and muraja'ah, not being disciplined in memorizing and muraja'ah, and obstruction or menstruating santriwati.d. Solutions to inhibiting factors include: giving motivation and advice, giving punishment or ta'dib, reading or mushaf but not touching it directly, and reading or muraja'ah Al-Qur'an Translation
