Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of self-concept in planning and career maturity of vocational students. The method in this study uses Library Research, namely research that focuses on discussion of the literature in the form of books, journals, papers and other writings. Data analysis using content analysis or content analysis. is a research technique to load inferences (conclusions) from data that is processed and analyzed in response to the problems that have been raised. The results showed that self-concept plays an important role in planning and career maturity. The higher the self-concept, the more positively related the self-concept to planning and career maturity
